Year-round programming for Black county officials — training, convening, and incubating new policy across Georgia’s 159 counties.
Program One
Equipping new and incumbent county officials with the leadership skills, policy knowledge, and tools to govern effectively — including the Core Leadership Institute (Lagrange) and the Legislative Leadership Conference (Jekyll Island).
Program Two
Five signature convenings each year: the Annual Business Meeting (Savannah / ACCG), Summer Social (Pine Mountain), Legislative Leadership Conference (Jekyll Island), Core Leadership Institute (Lagrange), and the President’s Reception (Atlanta).
Program Three
Piloting new policy ideas and county-level programs — including community forums, the Reparations Harm Report convening, and emerging initiatives that can scale across Georgia and the South.
