The Buck Swamp Road Rezone (ZM‑25‑28) will NOT be heard at the December 18, 2025 Board of Commissioners meeting.
Due to a noticing issue, staff is recommending that the item be deferred and properly re‑noticed. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐁𝐎𝐂 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.
